• Sound - Presenters provide basic microphone support for the performance (wireless over-ear or lavalier recommended, mixer, and operator).

• Social media promotion through Oklahoma Shakespeare channels

• Digital assets provided for venue cross‑promotion

• Coordination with venue marketing team

• 25% deposit due upon contract signing

• 75% balance due 10 days prior to first performance

• Payment considered received when funds have fully settled
