Understanding Our Partner Tiers
At Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park, we’re proud to support a wide range of artists, organizations, and community groups. To make our spaces accessible while still protecting our artistic calendar and resources, we use a three‑tier partner system. Each tier reflects the depth of our relationship with a renter and the alignment of their work with our mission.
This structure ensures fairness, sustainability, and clarity for everyone who uses our venues.

How to Care for the Space
We’re proud to share our theatres with the community, and we ask all renters to help us keep them welcoming for everyone. During your rental, please:
Use the space, furniture, and equipment with care.
Return all items to their original locations before you leave.
Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins.
Wipe up spills and report any issues you can’t resolve.
Leave backstage, dressing rooms, and common areas tidy.
Protect floors and walls when moving scenery, props, or equipment.
Use only painter’s tape on floors or walls—no duct tape or adhesives.
Keep food and drink away from sound and lighting equipment.
If something breaks or malfunctions, please let us know right away. Accidents happen — communication helps us take care of the space together.
