Season Ticket Reservation & Exchange Policy

Season ticket holders select their performance dates at the time of purchase. This helps us protect seating inventory in our intimate venues and ensures every patron has the best possible experience.

Season ticket holders may exchange each ticket once, at no charge, with at least one week’s notice, pending availability. Exchanges must remain within the same seating tier. To maintain fairness for all patrons, we are not able to hold seats or make placeholder reservations for future dates; exchanges apply only to tickets already assigned to a performance.
