Ticket Exchange Policy
OSP offers ticket exchanges for a $15 fee per ticket.
The exchange fee applies to each individual ticket in the order.
All exchanges are subject to availability and must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled performance.
OSP does not process same‑day or last‑minute exchange requests. Seats cannot be held without confirmed payment and confirmed availability.
Missed performances are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Gift Card Purchases Tickets purchased with a GiftUp! gift card cannot be transferred directly to another performance date.
Any transfer request will be processed as a refund back to the original gift card, and the patron will repurchase the new ticket.
The $15 per‑ticket exchange fee still applies.
