Ticket Exchange Policy

OSP offers ticket exchanges for a $10 fee PER TICKET transferred.

Exchanges may be requested for same production title as original ticket only and are subject to availability. Requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Same‑day or last‑minute exchange requests will not be processed. Seats are confirmed only once full payment is received and availability is confirmed.

Missed performances are non‑refundable/non-exchangeable.

Tickets purchased with a Gift Card are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
