Ticket Exchanges
Single‑ticket exchanges may be processed for a $15 fee per ticket, and all reserved seating exchanges are subject to availability. Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. We are not able to process same‑day or last‑minute exchange requests, as seats cannot be held without confirmed payment and availability.

Missed performances are non‑refundable.

Transfer Requests on Gift Card Purchases

Tickets purchased with a GiftUp! gift card can’t be transferred directly to another performance date. Any transfer request will be processed as a refund back to the gift card, and the patron will need to repurchase the new ticket.
Our standard $15 per‑ticket exchange fee applies.
