• $60/hr. (3-hr. minimum)

Performances

• $800 | 4-hour rental

• Inclusive of set-up and strike

• $175/hr. additional

Daily Rental

• $1400 | Between the hours of 11a - 11p

• Client property must be removed by end of day.

Weekly

• $4000 | Monday - Sunday, 11a - 11p.

• Client property may be left on site during rental week.

Wedding Rentals

• $2500 | Between the hours of 11a - 11p

• Additional $175/hr. (rehearsal, vendor setup, etc.)

  • Client & vendor property/rentals must be removed by end of day.

• Includes use of both dressing rooms, Mermaid Tavern & Lounge, both Outdoor & Indoor Theatres, and staging area for catering.

• Accessible Hours: 10:00a – 11:00p (including set-up & strike)

• Max capacity 200-ppl. / 24-fixed patio seats, open lawn seating for 176.

• Entire Facility is ADA Compliant

• Includes use of indoor hospitality spaces (two dressing rooms, lobby, Mermaid Tavern). Does not include use of Indoor Theatre unless Wedding Rental.

• At the discretion of OSP, concessions will be sold by OSP during Client occupancy. OSP shall retain proceeds.

• If OSP decides not to open concessions, Client may request concessions service for an additional $25/hour per bartender: minimum 1 bartender indoor; 2 bartenders outdoor; 5-hour/$1000 sales minimum.

• Food catering additional from approved caterers:

• Does not include furniture or decoration rental. We recommend 110 Events for event rental inquiries.

• Event security | $70/hr. (req. for events over 100 patrons)

• We use off-duty law enforcement.

Liability Insurance

• Client is liable for damages caused by Client occupancy, including the behavior of Client’s guests, invitees, agents, contractors, or subcontractors resulting from Client’s use of The Venue. Required insurance coverage shall encompass the entirety of OSP property at 2920 & 2924 Paseo, and the “Shakespeare Gardens.”

• Proof of Liability Insurance, minimum $1,000,000.00 per occurrence/$2,000,000.00 aggregate, with “host liquor liability” coverage included, naming Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park as a Certificate Holder is required. Separate endorsements naming “Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park” as additional insured with a waiver of subrogation is also required.

• Proof of Client Insurance is required before occupancy. Paperwork must be submitted to OSP no later than 10 days prior to Client occupancy. Failure to supply required documents shall cancel the agreement and forfeit any deposit paid.
